- Minority or majority — sized to the situation, structured for alignment. 少数或控股股权——规模依情境而定，结构确保利益一致。
- Horizon期限
- Permanent capital, open horizon. We build with corporate finance discipline so each company is prepared for its defining transaction — a listing, a merger, or continued private ownership. 永续资本，不设期限。我们以企业融资的纪律建设企业，使其随时准备迎接决定性的交易——上市、并购，或继续私有经营。
